CONCERN: Customer reports Maytag washer is not working properly. Model# LAT8204AAE DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected wall outlet for proper voltage to the washer, voltage output to washer normal at the time of inspection. Inspected voltage input to the washer timer, voltage input to the washer normal at the time of inspection. Inspected voltage output from the timer to the timer output line. No voltage present at the voltage output line. Found washer timer failed. CORRECTION: Replaced washer timer WP22001255 timer and tested, operation now normal. Tested all all water level sizes, automatic shut off working as designed.
