CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator is not getting down to proper temperature. CAUSE: Found condenser coils very dirty. CORRECTION: Cleaned condenser coils. NOTE: All functions of the unit are working properly, since condenser coils will not allow for proper heat dissipation this may be the sole cause of this issue. Should unit not cool to proper temp after cleaning, tech will need to return for further dianosis. CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator is not as cold as it should be. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected wall outlet for proper voltage output, voltage output normal at the time of inspection. Inspected for voltage input at the compressor, compressor voltage input normal at the time of inspection. NOTE: Compressor was running and cooling unit down.
