CONCERN: Customer reports oven is not working. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Tested voltage from the wall to the oven terminal block, voltage test normal. During inspection technician found the terminal block had electrical short. CORRECTION: Replaced terminal block and cord, operation now normal. CONCERN: Customer reports oven is not working properly. CAUSE: Found cable contacts to control board corroded and have bad contact. CORRECTION: Repaired contacts at communication cables. Tested operation now normal. Should system fail again may need computer and touch pad assemblies.Replaced 4 wire supply cord and tested wall outlet.
