CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator ice maker is clumping and not cooling, ice getting stuck CAUSE: Found airway in ice maker clogged with ice. Defrost ice and clear airway. CORRECTION: cleared airway and ice area. Reprogrammed unit to for proper defrost times. Test ok.
