CONCERN: Master bedroom beverage refrigerator is not working properly. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected wall outlet for proper voltage, voltage at wall outlet was normal at the time of inspection. Inspected input voltage to compressor, input voltage at compressor was normal at the time of inspection. Inspected refrigerator thermostat cold control operation, found refrigerator cold control failed. CORRECTION: Replaced refrigerator cold control and tested. Found condenser fan running slow, replaced. Operation now normal. CONCERN: Customer reports casita beverage refrigerator is not as cold as it should be. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected wall outlet for proper voltage output, voltage output normal at the time of inspection. Inspected for voltage input at the compressor, compressor voltage input normal at the time of inspection. NOTE: Compressor was running and cooling unit down.
