Washer no drain. Signal Butte/Guadalupe CONCERN: Customer reports that the washer is not draining. CAUSE: Tested washer drain pump for proper voltage, voltage to pump is normal. Pump impeller was trying to turn however the technician found washer drain pump clogged with debris. CORRECTION: Removed drain pump to clear debris and re-installed, check for leaks and tested, Operation now normal.
