CONCERN: Refrigerator is not working properly. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected wall outlet for proper voltage, voltage at wall outlet was normal at the time of inspection. Inspected refrigerator thermostat cold control operation, found refrigerator cold control failed. CORRECTION: Replaced refrigerator cold control and tested. Operation now normal. CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator not cooling; Nothing running. CAUSE: Found bad Compressor relay failure. CORRECTION: Installed compressor hard start kit, and tested. Operation now normal. CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator seems to run all the time. CAUSE: Found condenser coils clogged with debris. CORRECTION: Clean condenser coils and tested, operation now normal.
