CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator has ice forming in freezer bottom; leaking water. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected water supply line for leaks, no leaks at the refrigerator water supply line. Inspected internal water refrigerator water lines for leaks, internal refrigerator water line are normal at the time of inspection. Inspected refrigerator defrost drain line for water leaks, found the source of the leak coming from the refrigerator defrost drain, and connector. Removed freezer panel to inspect for clogged drain line. Found the defrost drain restricted with ice and debris. CORRECTION: Cleared the refrigerator defrost drain of ice and debris; Installed new connector, operation now normal. No leaks upon completion. CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator seems to run all the time. CAUSE: Found condenser coils clogged with debris. CORRECTION: Clean condenser coils and tested, operation now normal.
