CONCERN: Refrigerator section is not getting cold. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected voltage from terminal block to compressor, voltage normal at the time of inspection. Tested compressor operation, compressor operation normal at the time of inspection. Inspected voltage to evaporator fan motor, voltage normal at the time of inspection. Found evaporator fan motor failed. CORRECTION: Replaced refrigerator evaporator fan motor and tested. Operation now normal. CONCERN: Customer reports Garbage disposal is not working. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Technician inspected wall outlet for proper voltage, voltage at the wall is normal. Found garbage disposal motor locked up. CORRECTION: Replaced garbage disposal and tested. Operation now normal. No leaks on completion.
