CONCERN: Customer reports that the Refrigerator is not getting cold in either compartment. CAUSE: Inspected wall voltage for proper output, voltage output is normal. Inspected compressor for proper voltage, voltage to compressor is normal. Inspected compressor starter for proper continuity, no continuity at the compressor starter. Tested compressor windings for electrical shorts, no shorts at compressor windings. CORRECTION: Replaced with 3 n 1 start compressor starter kit and tested. Operation now normal.
