CONCERN: Dryer is making a loud noise when tumbling. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected dryer barrel operation, operation normal. Inspected blower wheel for restrictions, no restrictions in or around blower wheel. Found dryer drum support rollers failed. CORRECTION: Replaced rollers, belt, and idler pulley. Operation now normal CONCERN: Customer reports dryer is making a loud noise. CAUSE: Found dryer idler pulley failed. CORRECTION: Replaced dryer idler pulley and tested, operation now normal. CONCERN: Customer reports dryer will not tumble clothes CAUSE: Found dryer belt failed CORRECTION: Replaced dryer belt and tested. Operation now normal.
