CONCERN: Customer reports washer is not spinning clothes dry enough. CAUSE: Found washer belt saturated in the oils from the motor over time. CORRECTION: Cleaned belt and pulleys and tested, operation now normal. No leaks upon completion. CONCERN: Customer reports washer is leaking. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected water supply to the washer for apparent leaks, no leaks from water supply to washer. Inspected washer water valve for leaks, no leaks at the washer water valve. Inspected washer dispenser and dispenser supply hoses for leaks, no leaks at this time. Inspected washer door boot, found washer door boot seal torn.
