CONCERN: Customer reports oven is leaving lights on dimly even when off. CAUSE: Found main control board failure. CORRECTION: Gave estimate to replace. CONCERN: Customer reports oven is not working properly, lights do not shut off when switched off but stay dim. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected oven for proper wall outlet voltage to the oven, Output voltage normal at the time of inspection. Inspected voltage input at the main control board, input voltage to the main control board normal at the time of inspection. Found oven main control board failed. CORRECTION: Replaced and tested, operation now normal.
