CONCERN: Customer states refrigerator is dripping water into fresh food section. CAUSE: Found refrigeration system low on freon, causing ice buildup on tube coming from evaporators and then dripping down. CORRECTION: Recharged system and tested. Operation now normal. Note: NO GUARANTEE ON RECHARGING SYSTEM. Since a refrigerator that is low on freon has a known leak we cannot guarantee performance of the unit after freon has been refilled. When a welded unit is low on freon it has leaked out, however we cannot determine the rate at which a leak is. Customer has acknowledged that this is a temporary fix only and is not to be considered a long lasting repair. CONCERN Customer reports refrigerator door is makings loud noise when opening and closing. CAUSE: Found bad CORRECTION: and tested. Operation now normal.
