CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator is leaking water. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected water supply line for leaks, no leaks as refrigerator water supply line is disconnected. Inspected refrigerator defrost drain line for water leaks, found the source of the leak coming from the refrigerator defrost drain. Removed back panel to inspect for clogged drain line. Found the defrost drain restricted with ice and debris. CORRECTION: Cleared the refrigerator defrost drain of ice and debris, installed heater probe extension, operation now normal. No leaks upon completion.
