CONCERN: Dryer is making a loud noise when tumbling. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected dryer barrel operation, operation normal. Inspected blower wheel for restrictions, no restrictions in or around blower wheel. Found dryer drum support rollers failed. CORRECTION: Replaced rollers, belt, and idler pulley. Operation now normal CONCERN: Customer reports washer is not working properly. CAUSE: Found washer suspension rods have failed. CORRECTION: Replaced washer suspension rods and tested. Operation now normal.
