We were disappointed when the first contact by phone with Dependable indicated that we were not on any scheduled list, even though we had a confirmation from the Samsung website that we had a scheduled appointment on Nov 14. She then told us that she would have another person contact us to schedule an appointment. We never received that phone call, but we did receive a call on the evening of Nov 14 to confirm an appointment for the next morning. This is not the type of scheduling that we are accustomed to or would pursue in the future. The technician who came was very pleasant and professional. He called to confirm his arrival. He went right to work on the repair and concluded quickly. We appreciate his service and attitude.
