Our older subzero was diagnosed with some larger issues. Our repair guy ordered a part that took two weeks to get and then install. Upon arrival, he realized that the part would not fit our refrigerator and thus the wait was for naught. He had to take our unit out of its cabinet space to accurately diagnosis it, which I believe should have occurred the first time. He fixed everything he could and even did a little extra help to prolong its life. Once it was returned to its spot, the door has not closed as well. Looks like it needed better adjustment.
