I continue to call Dependable when appliance repair is needed at my house because the technicians are knowledgeable, personable and respectful. They thoroughly explain and answer questions patiently, and they even insert a bit of humor! I am never sure what to expect as far as cost is concerned but they always make me feel that I am being charged fairly for services rendered.
