The service rep identified himself and the company he was working for. He started by asking me what the issues was again - then proceeded to check the refrigerator for defaults, etc. He was very helpful in explaining and showing me the product features that may have caused some of the problems I was having. He provided options for the repair. He came back a second time as a follow up after I rec'vd the part needed. Explained again, what he was doing; and that if anything else happened to feel free to give him a call back. Again, KUDOS for GREAT service.
