Very nice, polite serviceman serviced our refrigerator and washing machine. It took over three weeks to complete the job. Dependable needs more service technicians. The cost was over $600 to replace a heating element in the icemaker and water valve in the washing machine. Double charged for service call although service was done on the at the same time.

We are always on the look out for qualified service technicians but the industry has a very high demand and a shortage of technicians. We do apologize about the delay in service and we do try our best to get to everyone in a timely manner. As for the charges we use the Blue Book flat rate repair pricing and not hourly as some companies do. We find it is better for the customer so that you know the exact price of the repair once the machine has been diagnosed and there is not guess work at that time, The technician also did discount the second unit (washer) while there to diagnosed it. Since it was the second unit while there, We have to charge a 2nd or even 3rd diagnosis fee that is discounted while in the home because they are separate appliances. Just like with cars, the cost to look at or fix one wont apply to the second. Once again thanks for the review and if there is anything we can do for you in the future please let us know.
