CONCERN: Customer reports dishwasher door malfunctioning. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected door for visible damage, door is good condition at the time of inspection. Inspected door hinges for damage, no visible damage at the time of inspection. Inspected door springs and links, found dishwasher door hinge links failed. CORRECTION: Replaced link kit and tested. Operation now normal. No leaks upon completion. CONCERN: Customer reports dishwasher is not draining. CAUSE: Garbage disposal plug not removed. CORRECTION: Tested dishwasher pump for proper voltage and inspected for restrictions. Found restriction at garbage disposal plug, removed plug and tested. Operation now normal. No leaks upon completion.
