CONCERN: Customer reports washer water inlet is not working properly. Will continue to fill. Shut off outside water and turn water back on, and the washer will go through a cycle without issue. CAUSE: Found washer water valve failed. CORRECTION: Replaced washer water valve and tested. Operation is now normal. NOTE: After repairs were completed inspected for leaks, no leaks at the time of completion
