CONCERN: Customer reports ice machine is not making ice. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Found ice machine pressure switch failed . CORRECTION: Replaced switch and tested. Upon testing found water inlet valve not opening. CONCERN: Upon testing after pressure switch replacement that no water was getting into reservoir. CAUSE: Found ice maker water valve failed. CORRECTION: Replaced ice maker water valve and tested. Operation now normal. No leaks upon completion.
