Save On Appliance has been my go-to appliance repair for some time now. Last service was for my refrigerator. It had developed a leak under it, the ice maker quit working, and the outer water/ice dispenser hadn't worked even since time we moved into our house. Carlos showed up and spent 2 hours figuring everything out and fixing it on the spot. Everything works perfect now, and it was so reasonably priced! Thank you, Carlos!

Affordable Aplliance was not available same day as advertised. However, next day service was provided and the technician arrived in the time frame provided; he also called ahead before his arrival. The technician confirmed the diagnosis that was provided/described and was able to obtain the part and install within an hour. If Affordable Appliance had been able to estimate the cost over the phone, it is unlikely that I would have proceeded with service as the cost was nearly half of a new unit.

The tech was on time and did an excellent job repairing my dryer. However, he didn’t email my receipt as promised. When I contacted Affordable Appliance Repair, the person I spoke to promised to have someone call me. It is now 24 hours later and I’ve heard nothing from them nor received my receipt.

I was impressed with how they IMMEDIATELY diagnosed the problem and FIXED it! Those two gentleman were so efficient and left me with no mess to clean up. they were also so willing to explain to me what was wrong. I felt the charge was certainly reasonable.

Paid $206 for a $28 part. He had to remove 6 to 8 screws to install the part . A TOTAL RIP OFF. But the serviceman did a grate job. Your pricing is what SUCKS!!!

Inspected internal water refrigerator water lines for leaks, internal refrigerator water line are normal at the time of inspection. Inspected refrigerator defrost drain line for water leaks, found the source of the leak coming from the refrigerator defrost drain. Removed freezer panel to inspect for clogged drain line. Found the defrost drain restricted with ice and debris. CORRECTION: Cleared the refrigerator defrost drain of ice and debris, operation now normal. No leaks upon completion.
CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator is noisy unless a door is open. CAUSE: Found freezer evaporator had buildup of ice surrounding ice fan. CORRECTION: R&R freezer drawer and back panel to access evaporator and fan, defrosted ice and tested. Operation now normal. No leaks upon completion.

DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Tested the dishwasher for proper voltage to the dishwasher terminal junction box. Voltage to junction box is normal. Tested voltage from the junction box to the main control board, voltage test normal. Tested voltage from the dishwasher main control board out to water valve and dishwasher float. Found no power going through the dishwasher main control board. CORRECTION: Replaced dishwasher main control board and tested, operation now normal.
