CONCERN: Customer reports dishwasher is not draining properly. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected wall outlet for proper voltage to dishwasher, voltage normal at the time of inspection. Inspected voltage to main control input, dishwasher main control input voltage normal at the time of inspection. Inspected main control output voltage to the dishwasher drain pump, main control output voltage, normal at the time of inspection. Inspected voltage to drain pump and found proper operating voltage to Dishwasher drain pump, dishwasher drain pump impeller still not working. Dishwasher drain pump failed. CORRECTION: Replaced dishwasher drain pump and tested, operation now normal. CONCERN: Customer reports dryer is not heating CAUSE: Found dryer wire harness damaged CORRECTION: Replaced damaged wire and high temp connector. Tested normal function
