CONCERN: Customer reports Refrigerator is not cooling properly. CAUSE: Found refrigeration system low on freon. CORRECTION: Recharged system and tested. Operation now normal. Note: NO GUARANTEE ON RECHARGING SYSTEM. Since a refrigerator that is low on freon has a known leak we cannot guarantee performance of the unit after freon has been refilled. When a welded unit is low on freon it has leaked out, however we cannot determine the rate at which a leak is. Customer has acknowledged that this is a temporary fix only and is not to be considered a long lasting repair. CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator is not producing ice. CAUSE: Found water is not run to unit. CORRECTION: R&R unit from wall to hook up water line to unit and tested. Operation now normal. No leaks upon completion.
