We used Zoom Appliances to service our five year old front loading dryer when the heating element went wacky and tried to burn up our clothes. I called about 8:30 am and was able to get same day service at no extra charge. Heather who answers the phone was pleasant and helpful. Our technician was friendly, knowledgeable and had the needed parts stocked right on his truck. The repair was completed in a timely manner and for a fair price. We will be using Zoom again when needed!
