We really did appreciate the expertise and professionalism of the personnel at Midlands Alarm. From the onset, the manager Steve, put us at ease with what to expect regarding our alarm system and provided the different options available. We then had our installation completed by Kevin, who was courteous and knowledgeable regarding the system. We were free to ask questions and understood all explanations he gave.
