I booked Midland Alarms to do an upgrade on an existing system that I have inherited in a house move. I have never had an alarm system before, so I was a little nervous about having one. But I had nothing to worry about! Kevin was polite, punctual and very good at explaining everything to me. He was done in no time and took me through the whole system and made sure I was happy before he left. I felt I had had value for money and I am very confident in the service they provide.
