Hi all. , I had a problem with the interior siren going off for no reason , I had purchased the house 5 years ago and looked through the paperwork and found the company who installed it and yes it was Midland alarms some 18 years before , to my disbelief remembering this house is now 18 years old , the person who answered the phone was the same person on the letter in the original paperwork for the house when it was new , what a tribute to the company , Steve explained the possible causes , I agreed it was time to up grade to a new system , Steve explained a range of options available which we agreed on and we settled on the date for installation . Steve explained the time his team would arrive and they did bang on time , also Steve arrived to help with the install , go to say it went all very smoothly , absolutely no mess at all , the guys are true professionals , the system was explained in detail before they left with an assurance if I had any queries give the team a call. I would say if you need a professional team to fit or up grade your alarm ring Steve at Midland Alarms , I will certainly be recommending Steve to colleagues and friends their knowledge and workmanship is excellent
