We, our HOA, had several bids to replace our 15+ year old lights in our common area. We met twice with each bidder and asked lots of questions. Everything the said they would do, they did, removed the old lights and wiring, did two walk throughs at night our Board and tweaked a couple of things. Really to say we are happy is an understand.
