Communications were excellent- from initial contact with the home office to scheduling and arrival of the technician. I was consistently notified via texts and emails. Eric was our tech for the first visit. He listened carefully to our issues, asked questions and explained what he was doing throughout the visit. A thorough circuit analysis suggested some significant issues that would indeed appear in the second visit. Eric suggested a plan for the second visit and again courteously explained all our options, and made it really easy to schedule the next visit. Very professional, efficient and patient with our questions.
