Alex was a total stud. Communicative with a text ahead of time. Showed up promptly on time at 2. Wore shoe coverings in my house. Very appropriate and respectful to ask permission before looking at or documenting my property. He answered my 100 questions thoroughly and patiently. Provided great insight and clearly knew his stuff. I have yet to receive formal pricing so I can’t give a fair assessment yet but he was upfront about estimates.
