I was quoted 15k for just a simple main panel upgrade, which generally can be done easily for 3-4k, but the general market is charging high and normal cost now a days is 6 to 6.5k, and here comes Five or Free electrical with 15k cost, what a joke. They will try to scare you when you call them for estimates, so if you have not done your home work you will just get more worried.
