Arrived performed 13 point check up. Found freezer circuit overloaded, also fridge and microwave are tied together causing breaker to trip. Inside of electrical panel found arc fault breakers heating up. They are 93 degrees in the morning. Rest of breakers are at 83. Also there’s non ul listed breakers inside of panel. At microwave the outlet is ungrounded and needs to be repaired. Left multiple quotes for repairs and one to get a circuit to microwave. Thank you for your business! Craig Windom
