The Representative Jake Ertel was a great representation of the company. On time, explained everything in detail. Worked nonstop in freezing temps with only lights provided by a car’s headlights to accomplish the task. I beleive it was 8hrs of uninterrupted work ensuring our electric was back on and operating at full strength. During the entire ordeal Jake display a great work ethic. Dedication from employees like Jake speaks volumes for the company. The interaction with company reps over the phone was exceptional as well. All companies should have this type of customer support and interaction . Light’em Up Electric is worthy of emulation. 10 Stars.
