Responded to call for multiple electrical issues. Upon arrival customer advised dryer stopped working, bathroom outlets stopped working, kitchen outlets stopped working, and living room ceiling fan stopped working. Inspected all issues. Found gfci in kitchen is defective. Found ceiling fan is defective. Found paint on bus bars causing bad connection to dryer breaker. Found gfci in main level half bath is defective. Advised customer of findings. Advised customer to purchase new ceiling fan fo living room and reschedule for install. Left estimate for ceiling fan. Customer agreed to estimate for all other repairs. Removed existing panel interior. Installed new panel interior. Installed existing breakers per customer request. Replaced dryer breaker. Tested new panel interior and breakers. All are working properly at this time. Customer stated she had a wire under her cabinet and she did not know if it was live or not. Tested wire. Found 120 volts on the wire. Wire was cut flush with th
