Responded to call for light fixture out. Upon arrival customer advised he replaced all 4 lamps but fixture is still out. Advised customer of defective ballast. Customer agreed to option. Replaced ballast in fixture over service bar. Tested new ballast. Power restored to fixture. Found no other issues at this time. Customer is 100% satisfied with today’s service. Thank you.
