Eric's got the floor outlet installed nicely and quickly. I appreciated how he listened to my desire for a dual covered outlet and even found it in nickle. It looks great!

Upon arrival found that ac unit had no power going to it after replacing panel and circuit there is power at the a/c unit but the ac unit still won’t cut on customer is having havoc Company come out and take another oook at it

Responded to call for need safety inspection. Upon arrival customer advised his neighbors home had a fire and he wants a simple inspection to ensure he is safe. While performing inspection found both afci breakers in the electrical panel were buzzing due to internal issues. Found 60 amp furnace breaker has a broke lug. Found ac disconnect is missing protective cover. Advised customer of the findings. Customer agreed to option. Replaced both afci breakers in the electrical panel. Replaced furnace breaker. Replaced ac disconnect. Tested all repairs. All are operating properly at this time. Advised customer to ensure 100% electrical safety recommended installing afci breakers on all 120 volt circuits. Advised customer due to lack of space in the panel, electrical panel interior would need to be replaced with a larger interior to accommodate new afci breakers due to all 120 volt circuits are currently powered by tandem breakers. Responded to call for need floor outlet installed. Upon arrival customer advised carpet is being removed and laminate flooring will be installed in place of the carpet in upstairs master bedroom. Customer stated she would like to have a floor outlet in the center of the master bedroom due to the distance from room center to wall outlets. Advised customer of the options. Customer agreed to option. Installed floor outlet in center of master bed floor. Wired new outlet to existing garage door opener circuit. Tested new outlet. New outlet is operating properly at this time. Inspected electrical panel. Found no issues. Found no other issues at this time. Customer advised of attic fan not working. Responded to call for light post and flood light install. Upon arrival customer advised he purchased a lamp post and a flood light. Customer stated he needs a concrete pad installed at new lamp post install location in lawn area right front of garage and flood light installed on left side of the home. Advised customer of the options. Advised customer of the scope of work. Responded to call for main power outage. Upon arrival tenant advised Ga Power responded and stated main breaker is defective and an electrician is needed to replace. Inspected 100 amp main breaker. Found main breaker is defective. Inspected home for possible causes. Found extreme heating on bus bars in panel causing main breaker to fail. Advised customer of findings. Customer is aware that without replacing electrical panel main breaker may fail again. Customer agreed to option to replace main breaker, replace ac disconnect, and add an additional ground rod. Customer declined electrical panel replacement at this time. Due to customer is aware of panel issues there will be no warranty on new main breaker. Light’em Up Electric is not responsible for any issues that may arise due to panel issues. Replaced defective 100 amp main breaker at the exterior disconnect. Replaced rusted AC disconnect.
