Responded to call for main power outage. Upon arrival tenant advised Ga Power responded and stated main breaker is defective and an electrician is needed to replace. Inspected 100 amp main breaker. Found main breaker is defective. Inspected home for possible causes. Found extreme heating on bus bars in panel causing main breaker to fail. Advised customer of findings. Customer is aware that without replacing electrical panel main breaker may fail again. Customer agreed to option to replace main breaker, replace ac disconnect, and add an additional ground rod. Customer declined electrical panel replacement at this time. Due to customer is aware of panel issues there will be no warranty on new main breaker. Light’em Up Electric is not responsible for any issues that may arise due to panel issues. Replaced defective 100 amp main breaker at the exterior disconnect. Replaced rusted AC disconnect. Installed 1 additional ground rod. Tested all repairs. All are operating properly at this ti
