Responded to call for light post install. Upon arrival customer advised concrete was poured for light post and now needs light post installed. Inspected panel. Found multiple issues with main and sub panels. Found no grounding system. Advised customer of findings. Customer agreed to repairs. Replaced existing main panel. Replaced existing sub panel. Installed all new breakers. Installed new grounding system. Installed surge protection at main panel and both ac units. Tested all new equipment. All new equipment is operating properly at this time. Installed new customer supplied light post outside. Tested light post. Light post is operating properly at this time. Per customer request removed bulbs. Found no other issues at this time.
