Responded to call for ceiling fans falling from ceiling on front porch. Upon arrival customer advised he remounted ceiling fans on front porch. Customer advised he installed a new plastic cut in box on the middle fan to remount. Customer stated damaged box he removed was an exact match to the box he installed. Advised customer plastic cut in boxes are not rated for ceiling fans and ceiling fans will damage plastic boxes over time. Left customer with estimate to install fan brace boxes. Customer stated he would like to try to have work completed as a warranty before having completed by us. Thank you. Eric Messer.
