Responded to call for chandelier replacement over 20ft. Upon arrival customer advised home is on the market and she needs existing chandelier taken down and new chandelier installed. Inspected foyer area. Found foyer ceiling height is 25-30ft. Left estimate to replace chandelier with scaffolding. Customer is not yet ready to complete work. Thank you. Eric Messer.
