Responded to call for bedroom power outage. Upon arrival customer advised of panel location and found and reset tripped breaker which restored power to the bedroom. Inspected bedroom. Found multiple surge strips in the room. Advised customer surge strips could trip afci breakers. Customer agreed to panel surge protection. Installed 2 GE thin breakers on existing circuits to free up space for surge protector breaker. Installed 1 surge protector in the panel. Tested new surge protector. Surge protector is operating properly at this time. Advised customer of the need to replace all circuit breakers in the panel. Customer declined panel rejuvenation at this time. Found no other issues at this time. Customer is 100% satisfied with today’s service. Thank you. Eric Messer.
