Responded to call for completing work discussed on previous visit. Upon arrival customer agreed to option. Installed new hot feed to right side of the home. Installed new customer supplied flood light on new hot feed. Installed new customer supplied photocell on new fixture. Tested new fixture. New fixture is operating properly at this time. Relocated flood light fixture on left side of home from roof line to eve level between the 1st and 2nd story of the home. Installed new customer supplied fixture. Tested new fixture. Fixture is operating properly at this time. Inspected electrical panel. Found burnt wires and double tapped neutrals in the electrical panel. Advised customer of the findings. Customer agreed to new option. Replaced all circuit breakers in the electrical panel. Did not replace main breaker. Installed an additional ground bar. Responded to call for panel inspection. Upon arrival customer advised electrical panel has issues. Inspected electrical panel. Found breakers in panel are extremely worn. Found some of the breakers are not UL listed for the panel. Advised customer of the options. Customer stated she has some outlets in the home that are not working. Customer declined diagnosis on outlets. Customer agreed to option. Installed new grounding system. Replaced all circuit breakers. Did not replace main breaker. Tightened all neutrals and grounds. Responded to call for need flood lights installed. Upon arrival customer advised she needs flood lights wired and installed on left side of home and right back corner of home. Customer also stated she needs flood light at garage door and back door replaced. Advised customer of the options. After discussing options for lighting customer requested panel inspection due to home inspector stated 1 of the breakers is double tapped. During panel inspection found double tapped neutrals and worn breakers along with 1 double tapped breaker. Also found double tapped breaker is not UL listed for the electrical panel. Advised customer of findings. Customer decided to wait for lighting installs and complete panel repairs on today’s service. Customer agreed to option. Separated all double tapped neutrals in the electrical panel. Replaced all circuit breakers in the Bryant electrical panel with Eaton BR breakers. Installed 1 tandem breaker to separate circuits on double tapped breaker. Tested all

Responded to call for attic fan installed on devious visit is no longer working. Upon arrival customer advised we installed gable fan previously and now it no longer is powering on. Inspected fan. Upon entry to attic found gable fan is operating. Advised customer fan is operating properly at this time. Explained how the exhaust fan thermostat operates. Found no other issues at this time. outside gfci keeps tripping....and receptical in master bedroom fell apart.....noticed all recepticals were installed with wires pushed in back of receptical, arcing sound from main breaker in meter/main breaker box on left side of home, also found inside panel has foreign substance such as paint and plaster, and double tapped neutrals.all are fire hazards and should be attended to ..changed gfci and bedroom receptical....
