diagnosed and repaired front lights on building. All bulbs were bad plus a loose connection at beginning of pvc on roof. Diagnosed sign found bad connection in Jbox feeding sign for photo cell repaired. Sign has voltage now but will need a sign guy for ballast and bulbs in sign. Also there is a fixture on side of building that has a bad photo cell. Replaced it with new photo cell. Also on fixture on side is showing signs of heat at connection point to socket.
