Mark Connor and his fellow electrician, Gus, were polite, helpful, informative and skilled. We appreciated that they showed us exactly what the problems were and explained why they had happened and how they proposed to fix them. Martella even has a price chart so that we knew what the cost would be before we authorized the work. We had used Martella once before on a smaller problem. This was a much bigger problem but Mark and Gus handled everything in an extremely professional way. We definitely would use Martella again if a different problem were to pop up.
