Martella has a knowledgeable person answer the phone (no answering service) and was able to schedule me within 36 hours. Same day service would have been ideal, but that is not very realistic when companies are busy. My technician John was in and out within 30 minutes. He was early (Martella called first to verify if coming early was ok), friendly, and knowledgeable. He was able to quickly diagnose my electrical issue and provide a solution. He gave me quotes for other projects I inquired about and did not pressure me into any additional services.

I called Martella this morning for a few small (but annoying) electrical issues, including my outside outlets were not working so I was without Christmas lights! Their competent receptionist Cathy was were able to provide me service this afternoon with Mark, who was prompt, professional, courteous and highly qualified. Their pricing was reasonable too! I would highly recommend Martella for any electrical jobs, large or small - you can count on them for quality service - and for me, they made my Christmas!
