Mark was very knowledgeable and quickly (and cleanly) diagnosed the issue. He inspected everything and showed us what had been damaged. He was able to explain (clearly) what we needed to do, reassured us that the leak was limited and it was safe to use our lights again. All our questions were answered and we were no longer worried.
